Masala Rice...

Ingredients:

  1. Basmati Rice-2 cups (Any white rice will do)
  2. Green chilly-3
  3. Garlic-4 flakes
  4. Cinnamon-1 inch piece
  5. Clove-2
  6. Cardamom-2
  7. Coriander leaves- hand full
  8. Mint leaves-10 leaves
  9. Onion-1( cut lenghwise)
  10. Tomato-2
  11. Oil-2 tbsp ( you can use ghee also)
  12. Water- 4 cups
Method:
  • Grind ingredients 2 to 8. 
  • In a pot add Oil and add onions to it and saute till golden brown.
  • To this add the ground paste and saute till it cooks well.
  • Add tomato to this mixture and mix well.
  • Now add water to this and bring this to boil
  • Now add the rice and cook it till done.
  • Serve hot with curry or chutney. It tastes like Veg Biryani.
