Beef fry

Ingredients:
Beef- 1 Kg
Shallots- 1/2 cup chopped
Ginger- 1" piece crushed
Garlic- 1 tbsp crushed
Green chillies- 4 slit
Coriander powder- 3 tsp
Chilly Powder- 2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala powder- 1 tsp
Curry leaves- Little
Coconut oil- 2tbsp
Salt- As required

For frying:
Coconut Oil-1 tsp
Shallots for frying- 6-7nos crushed
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Curry leaves

Method:
1) Cut beef into small cubed pieces and clean in water properly. And allow the water to drain of completely from the beef
2) In a cooker, add beef,crushed ginger, garlic, shallots, greenchillies, curry leaves, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and 2 tbsp of coconut oil and mix well with hand until all the ingredients are mixed properly.
3) Place cooker in stove and cook until 4-5 whistles come.
4) In a pan add coconut oil, shallots, garlic and saute well.
5) Add chilly powder and curry leaves to this and saute. Add cooked beef and fry in low flame till the water is completely absorbed and the beef becomes dry.

Note: You can add pepper powder instead of chilly powder also which enhances the taste.
If you dont get shallots, add onions instead.
